Here I am on the ground, wounded and weary
Stained again with what I always abhorred.
“No never again,” I had resolved,
Yet ever again, do i falter.
But I am consoled to say, “Man is weak.”
After all ‘to err is human,’ it is said.
To stand apart is a burden too heavy,
demanding a shift from what I crave.
Shrewd You are, you gripped me from youth,
And let me taste your sweetness. Well planned!
Why set me in darkness now? Why silent?
Little did I know of your ways: I am tricked.
Wake up my soul, let him enter, I bet, you’ll wonder
All will be set when he is in, you’ll find peace.
Your life full bloomed is his glory.
Why not give it by being holy?

Very good and inspiring
