The Charism Growth Retreat are for the priests and religious who wish to enter into a deeper understanding of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The sessions will help the participants to open themselves to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and to understand the use of gifts and charisms in the ministry. The retreat will be an enriching experience for those involved in the ministry of preaching the Word of God and spiritual direction or those who wish to enter into such ministries.

Participants can arrive at  DB-IDL Dimapur, Nagaland by October 31 evening. The retreat will commence at 06:00 pm on 31 October and Conclude with the Holy Mass in the morning on 09 November. The retreat is led by a team of MSMI sisters from Nirmala Retreat Centre Kulathuvayal who have been conducting such programmes in different parts of the world. The participants can pay RS 4500 on arrival for the food and accommodation for 8 days.
